Our markets, or rather our clients’ markets, tend toward B2B and high-end consumer. Social marketing, (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn et al) isn’t necessarily poo-poo’d, but it does seem to gravitate toward the bottom on the list of marketing services. Yes, that activity is justified in increased SEO and golden Google rankings. Equally important is the opportunity to have your customers do your marketing for you, to be your web word-of-mouth, your advocate and your accelerator at very little costs and with even less energy.
