B2B companies using white papers, webinars, podcasts to increase leads.
It’s taken awhile, but even the traditionalists in business-to-business marketing are turning to educational and informational content for lead generation. Whitepapers and Linkedin content may not close the sale. They will, however, reach an audience with an interested (read: more qualified) buyer.
As research shows, B2B marketing success hinges on the ability to fill the pipeline with qualified candidates. Findings from Focus Research show B2B marketers consider lead acquisition a top priority (55% of respondents), followed by lead conversion (45%). Both B2B and B2C marketers were equally focused on building brand awareness.
